Come experience the most exciting waterfowl hunting the middle Texas coast has to offer.
I know where the birds are, and I go where the birds are.

We hunt the middle Texas coast from Port O'Connor to Port Aransas, but our favorite areas include St. Joe Island, Matagorda Island, and St. Charles Bay. We typically launch from Goose Island State park.
The most common duck species we hunt are Pintails, Redheads, Widgeon, Gadwall, Blue Wing Teal, Green Wing Teal, Buffleheads, Goldeneye, Mottled Ducks, Bluebill/Scaup, and Shovelers.

November 1 - November 30th.
December 13 - January 25.
Daily bag limit: 5 ducks , with a maximum of two redheads or bluebill/scaup.
Only one of the folowing may be retained each day: mottled duck, pintail, canvasback.
Reports from the north have been great, the bird count looks especially good for gadwall, redheads, pintails, and teal. This year should be another great season in Rockport.

I recommend Rockport Tackle Town for all your hunting gear and accessories.
First time hunters are always welcome.
I can make arrangements for groups of more than 4 hunters.
Morning and afternoon trips are available.
I hunt with my 3 year old yellow lab "Hank". 2007 was Hank's first hunting season, and he did very well, retriving over 150 birds in January alone.
