Last weekend we were once again up on the Guadalupe River for another year of the GRTU Troutfest show. We’ve had a booth at this show for many years now, and always look forward to heading up to the river for a weekend of hanging out with folks.
This years show was great, as usual. The attendance was awesome and it was great to see a bunch of familiar faces, and many new faces as well. Alway a treat to meet some new people and share with them our love of the flats fishing here on the Texas Coast.
There was lots of free swag, stickers and coozies to keep the beers cold and your hands warm. We also had another drawing for a free day of guide fly fishing down on the coast in Rockport. Stay tuned, as we will be announcing the winner of this trip this coming weekend.
